Ok So this is kinda budget but it works really consistently. It usually wins turn 2-4 dependent on opponents deck.

Deck:

[Instant/Sorcery]

4x Breakthrough
3x Careful Study
3x Cabal Therapy
3x Dread Return
2x Deep Analysis (I know I shouldnt play it without LED-see below)

[Enchantment/Artifact]

4x Bridge from Below

[Creatures]

4x Golgari Grave Troll
4x Stinkweed Imp
4x Ichorid
4x Narcomoeba
3x Bloodghast
3x Hapless Researcher
3x Golgari Thug
1x Cephalid Sage
1x Flame-Kin Zealot
1x Akroma, Angel of Wrath
1x Iona, Shield of Emeria

[Lands]

6x Islands
4x Cephalid Coliseum
2x Darkmor Salvage (I run these for the fact they dredge and trigger the ghast's landfall. I rarely tap them for mana.)

[Sideboard]

4x Leyline of the Void
4x Pithing Needle
4x Chain of Vapors
1x Angel of Depair
1x Terastodon
1x Realm Razer

I run the DAs for the fact the deck usually goes turn 1 Careful Study pitching 1-2 dredge creatures then next turn, land for breakthrough for 1, usually keeping another land for landfall. turn 3 return 1-2 ichorids, cast DA dredge a couple ghasts, play land, sack ghast and ichorids for either dread return/cabal therapy getting a couple zombies or returning Akroma from grave.

This deck is pretty much that deck. (http://www.mtgthesource.com/forums/showthread.php?11920-[DTW]-Non-LED-Based-Dredge-Ichorid-Combo) It runs some different stuff, but the nonLED Dredge is on par with LED Dredge and is considered "budget" since there aren't that many +$10 cards in it, and some lists run Ghast too.

Running no Turn 1 discard outlets aside from Careful Study (and, to some point, Cabal Therapy) is baaad. At LEAST run Putrid Imp.

You might also want to run Iona, Shield of Emeria and Terastodon in the SB.

I don't know if this deserves its own thread though.

This slower style of Dredge relies more heavily on being able to dredge every turn, so 4 Putrid Imp is a minimum, with a further 2-4 Tireless Tribe recommended.

Brainstorm is not great. I don’t like it at all, and at the very least I would play a full set of Careful study before I played a single Brainstorm.

Deep Analysis is just bad in this deck. With only 12mana sources, three of which you don’t want to tap for mana, playing a card that is a blank in your hand AND requires a minimum of 2 lands in play to do anything is a bad idea.

3 Dakmor Salvage is too many, 2 is generally enough.

Cephalid Sage is better in builds playing Dakmor Salvage and Bloodghast. Being able to dredge the salvage and keep it in hand to activate landfall outweighs the loss of power compared to Sphinx of Lost Truths.

Akroma, Angel of Wrath is outclassed by Iona, Shield of Emeria in the MD.

The fat creatures in the SB should be specific cards to help with problem matchups. Woodfall Primus is good at dealing with non-creature permanents like Propaganda, Ghostly Prison or Glacial Chasm. Angel of Despair helps deal with Blazing Archon against reanimator, while also dealing with the same problems as Primus, but without the ability to Persist. Realm Razer is excellent against Lands.dec.

I see that you want to keep the manabase mono blue, but not being able to hardcast Cabal Therapy is very poor, as is the inability to SB in Natures Claim/Ancient Grudge etc... City of Brass and Gemstone Mine are fairly inexpensive and it is defiantly worth picking up a set of each to give you more freedom when making card choices.

I know that Putrid Imp and Tireless Tribe are really good, its just that Im trying to keep the mana base limited to Islands only. Im thinking about putting Hapless Researcher in for the fact he is draw, discard and since you sacrifice him he can get tokens with Bridge. I also wanted to have an alt win con somewhat of a re animator type win. Ill edited soon to see the new cards.
