I use Spelljack to counter a pulse card, say, pulse of the fields. If I meet the requirements do I get to put his card into my hand?

I use Spelljack to counter a pulse card, say, pulse of the fields. If I meet the requirements do I get to put his card into my hand?

No. Pulse says "to its owner's hand", so for all intents and purposes, it will either return to his/her hand, or it will go to the graveyard. The only time that it would return to your hand would be if you Spelljacked your own pulse.

More specifically, outside ante and uncards, you'll never have a situation where a card an opponent controls will end up in your graveyard, hand, or library.
