Questions:

1. If I cast an Epic spell while Cast through Time (CtT) is already on the field, the Epic spell will be played next turn. Does its Epic ability then copy and allow me to be essentially casting it twice every turn for the rest of the game, or the triggered copy is not epic?

2. If I cast Enduring Ideal to look for CtT, then the next time Enduring Ideal is copied, then will Rebound also trigger?

The answer to the second question is no, because you're not casting it from your hand (as CtT requires).

EDIT: The answer to the first question is no. The Epic ability will prevent you from re-casting the spell. For reference, the current wording on Epic is: Epic (For the rest of the game, you can't cast spells. At the beginning of each of your upkeeps, copy this spell except for its epic ability.)
