So, my opponent has a 4/5 'goyf. I have survival of the fittest in play. the only creature in any 'yard is my Vengevine. I discard basking rootwalla, madness, to get big-game hunter, activate survival, discard BGH, madness. when it comes into play, I control both triggers, Vengevine and BGH, and I can stack them however I want, right? Killing the 'goyf before it shrinks under BGH's radar, correct?

No. Vengevine's graveyard ability triggers when you cast the spell, Big Game Hunter's triggers when it enters the battlefield.
