I was wondering, if my opponent plays a Hypergenesis, do any come into play effects resolve after all players have finished playing cards of Hypergenesis?

I'm curious, since I cast a Wall of Blossoms as my first creature and it would be nice if I could draw another creature this way to put into play of Hypergenesis.

We ruled I couldn't at the time, guessing you can't interupt the resolving of a spell by any effects, but I want to know for sure.

Also, if it isn't possible (which I think is the case), how do we decide in which order the various come into play effects will be put on the stack?

Correct, the triggered ability of Wall of Blossoms does not go on the stack until Hypergenesis has finished resolving. As far as determining the order of comes-into-play effects, you determine it the same way you would deal any other triggers: APNAP order. The active player chooses the order in which his triggers go on the stack, then the non-active player chooses the order for his, which go on the stack above those of the active player.
