Why is Todd Anderson so bad?

Why is it that whenever I read his articles I feel like someone is taking a hot fork and jabbing my brain? Could someone explain this strange phenomenon?

Oh, I think this recent one deserves it. When someone admits they have no/little experience in a format and then go off bad mouthing it, it kinda makes you wonder about the quality if that persons writing skills and their knowledge of said subject.

Bashing writers in the comments to their articles is a long-standing Magical tradition, and in this case it's even deserved. But a dedicated pillory thread isn't something I'm particularly excited to see on this site.
