So, the swamp with the venus fly traps, dinosaur bones, ruined building, and lizard is just totally epic.
I like the hot air baloon island.
That mountain looks like a lump of ice cream with chocolate syrup on it.
I like the pawprints in the plains, the neat moon, the purple snow... and the fact that Ice age plains form a mural.
The treehouses in thither forest just seem inviting to me.

I started playing in Ice Age(I was 12) and thought that Touch of Death and Blood Lust were the coolest things ever. Blood Lust still holds as being awesome, where as ToD seems cliche.

Agreeing with the pick of John Avon, and adding Pete Venters and Ron Spencer to that. If I had to pick one favorite, it would probably be Volrath's Stronghold, with Phyrexian Negator and Firestorm close behind.

Also, the Kev Walker paintings for Wrath of God and Damnation, excellent by themselves, make phenomenal foils, as does Atinlay Igpay.
