Does Emrakul's ability to shuffle back happen before or after grindstone repeats?
A long time ago in vintage, wordgorger dragon decks would mill their opponents. Sometimes they would run into a Gaea's Blessing. The milling's player planned on forcing his opponent to draw a card when the opponent's library was depleted and blessing's trigger was on the stack. What realistic was does a grindstone deck have to defeat one ( or four) Emrakuls?
Thanks in advance.
Easy, read the (friendly) card.
When Emrakul is put into a graveyard from anywhere, its owner shuffles his or her graveyard into his or her library.
When / Whenever / At = a trigger, if that's where the confusion was.
Contrast to a replacement effect, like on Progenitus:
If Progenitus would be put into a graveyard from anywhere, reveal Progenitus and shuffle it into its owner's library instead.

Strategic advice: make them draw a card, or remove their graveyard in response to the trigger.

It's pretty easy to take care of this. You just do as mchainmail said. Make them draw/remove the Emrakul with the trigger on the stack, since Servant/Stone will dump their entire library into the graveyard at once, so you don't even have to deal with the separate triggers from 4 Emrakuls.
A solitary Relic of Progenitus (and 1 mana up) on the table will solve this problem.

Ravenous Trap is another good way to deal with Emrakul when playing Painter.

He may be asking whether each Grindstone repetition is a separate trigger. They are not. Grindstone must completely resolve before the Emrakul trigger can resolve.
