Amusing fakes or not?

This just looks like a really bad stock photo, but I couldn't help thinking it was fake when I saw it. Seller has some excellent feedback though.

That's a local store around here, I'd trust it even if the photo is terrible. I'm sure if you bid on it you'll get the real thing.

I'm not sure about the first one.

The second one could be amusing for EDH purposes as proxies. If they weren't heavily overpricing them to start I'd consider it just for the entertainment value.
