I lived in South Korea last year and didn't have much luck finding any Legacy. However, I lived in a small town and now I'll be in Seoul where there is at least a Magic community (Standard, drafting, and occasionally some Extended). It will be extremely helpful if anybody knows anything about Legacy in Seoul. Thanks in advance for everyone's help.

your best bet is probably to find a local magic store in seoul and ask the owner/players there

Yeah that was kinda my plan. I didn't do too much investigating when I was last there so hopefully something will turn up. I was just hoping for a stroke of luck or something and find someone on The Source that lives in South Korea.

When I was living in Hong Kong the only thing that worked was to check the WotC website for FNM's going on there. It led me to 2 possible locations (one of which could not be accessed through following any map, and I'm coming to believe no mere mortal has ever correctly discovered it). The second one had drafts and some Standard. If Seoul is the same at all (and when I was in Seoul I could not find a single magic card, although I did not live there) then you're most likely going to be stuck in a world of Standard with some Extended practice when the season rolls around.

Go draft though, the best drafts I've ever had were in a language I could barely understand where less than half of my opponents could speak English. Oh, unless you care about your limited rating. RTFC is important in drafts.

Hmm, that brings up an important question: what language do they draft in in South Korea?

Well its definitely not Korean anymore as those cards haven't been made in years.
My friend lived there 2 years and never saw a place to buy cards so I would think most players there are importing english cards from the US?
