This was addressed here 7 years ago, but since then LED received errata, correct?

Relevant part:

* If you have Madness cards in the hand you discard to Lion's Eye Diamond, you can play them with the mana you get from the ability.
* You can sacrifice more Lion's Eye Diamonds for mana before you play the spell cards discarded for the first.
* If you discard more than one Madness card at the same time, can play them all. You just can't play them in response to each other. Each one must resolve before the next one is played.

I just looked at the Comp. Rules and I'm pretty sure it still works, but I want to check. Also, it seems to me that with the timing restriction on LED, the second point is not true anymore. However, since casting a spell with madness involves putting it on the stack, you should be able to use a second LED to make mana after putting your first madness spell on the stack.

All three quotet rules interpretations are still correct.

Lets assume you have several cards with madness in hand and two LED in play:

You sacrifice the first LED, discard your hand, exile all cards with madness and get 3 mana. Several Madness trigger go to the stack.
You respond to the madness trigger and sacrifice the second LED, discard your empty hand and get 3 mana.
You pass priority to your opponent.
The first madness trigger resolves, you pay the madness cost and cast the spell.
You pass priority to your opponent.
The first madness spell resolves.
You pass priority to your opponent.
The second madness trigger resolves, you pay the madness cost and cast the spell.
rinse and repeat

Edit:
702.32. Madness
702.32a Madness is a keyword that represents two abilities. The first is a static ability that functions while the card with madness is in a player’s hand. The second is a triggered ability that functions when the first ability is applied. “Madness [cost]” means “If a player would discard this card, that player discards it, but may exile it instead of putting it into his or her graveyard” and “When this card is exiled this way, its owner may cast it by paying [cost] rather than paying its mana cost. If that player doesn’t, he or she puts this card into his or her graveyard.”
702.32b Casting a spell using its madness ability follows the rules for paying alternative costs in rules 601.2b and 601.2e–g.
