Anyone know about or played this deck?

Afaik Jaime Cano and Omar Rohan(BoM4 winner) designed the deck and both have piloted it into top 8's ,3 of i know and it placed in BoM4 as well. I wanted to try this out and had a few questions.

Does anyone know what the good/bad mus are?
I assume Merf are never good even w/o Standstill to hinder this list and combo can't be much fun.

How does this deck play out; gameplan, Esper Charm for draw mostly?
It looks like LSV's Ext deck.

Thanks for the link, funny thing the translator reads Creatures and Spells as bugs and letters.

Seems an interesting concept and nice article.
I never tested it or against, but it seems really slow! And I'm not convinced of the Relics in the main, could probably be better slots there.
