Have you posted rules for how you expect proxies to be created? If so, could you repost or throw up a link to whatever guidelines you use? A few friends of mine and I will probably be down, and they'd like to know in advance.

Proxies can be from as simple as Sharpie on a card to actually erasing portions of the card and replacing them.

All that really matters is that the card doesn't have a different balance and thus shuffle differently compared to the rest of the deck.
