Who chooses what cards go on the bottom of the library if you choose an opponent's graveyard?

I thought I'd mention other fun things about that card:


If Grunt has 2+ counters, you can target cards in different graveyards (though cards have to go in pairs).

The controller of each graveyard chooses the order that cards go on the bottom.

You can't put any cards back unless you can pay for all the age counters.
