I am tinkering with another deck idea because I liked the style of the oldschool necro decks.
The basic Idea is to kill using consume spirit/drain life while having cabal coffers produce a lot of mana in the lategame.
The basic deck scheme is only tested against random decks on mws, no extensive testing is done yet. I have severe problems with heavy land destruction, there is hardly anything I can think of atm to fix it. It also does weak against combo, though the discard+extirpate can sometimes win you games. It worked nice against aggro, zoo seems to be a very good matchup (but like I stated earlier not extensive matchup testing has been done yet).
About the card choices:
Maze of ith+ice floe should force the opponent to overextend into demnation or deed to come by aggro decks while providing mana lategame with urborg to kill.
Discard seems to be a good addition to play in the early turns (where you sometimes do not have anything else to do)+it helps against other control and discard decks. I tested the 3 one mana options: Duress, Inquisition and Thoughtseize. The lifeloss of thoughtseize sometimes lost me games when playing against fast aggro decks or decks packing burn while the ability of picking creatures is critical against some aggro decks (mostly goblins)+there are some nasty critters hindering the deck idea or providing too much acceleration for some decks (e.g. you do not want to see bob hit the table without innocent blood in hand).
Liliana Vess is currently more an idea, it could provide a long term solution against combo if you survive the early turns. This deck is slow while not having counterspells so I thought you'd need something to keep combo low on cards. It could as well help against ca engines of other control decks and finds the lands+drain lifes you need to win.
Phyrexian arena: obviously auto 4 of
Pernicious deed/damnation: obviously strong cards against aggro. You will almost always draw into at least one maze or iceflow so it often hits 3 creatures. I did splash green for deed because it helps against other random annoying permanents and decks+is very fast against tokens and faster then oblivion stone/disk. The color slpash does not hurt the deck because there are more valuable targets for wasteland anyway.
Innocent blood: I sometimes needed fast removal to handle a lackey, a wayfarer, a confi or just the creature exceeding my maze/icefloe count. It helps against reanimator and NO.
The sideboard is far away from being finished. Extirpate seems to be auto 4 of. Despite it's graveyard hate abilities it does a great job against other control decks and can even be boarded against combo. Against non creature decks there is a lot to board out so this versatile sb card is set.
I am trying crucible against landdestruction, it somehow seems a little to slow though. Nullrod seems to be a good combo hate card and hates some other random decks fairly well but like I said, despite the 4 extirpate, my sb options are far from finished.

4 [B] Bayou
3 [UNH] Swamp
// Spells
4 [ROE] Inquisition of Kozilek
3 [PLC] Damnation

4 [OD] Innocent Blood
2 [CHK] Sensei's Divining Top
3 [AP] Phyrexian Arena
3 [OD] Skeletal Scrying
3 [CS] Soul Spike
2 [AP] Pernicious Deed
// Sideboard
SB: 4 [MR] Chalice of the Void
SB: 3 [FD] Crucible of Worlds
SB: 4 [PLC] Extirpate
SB: 4 [WL] Null Rod
Thoughts on further possible development:
A reliable options fetching the lands you need would increase the strength of this deck. But there are currently no good cards I can think of. Crop rotation might make it into the sb against landdestruction, I think the card disadvantage hurts the deck too much to be played MD though.
It might be possible to work in 3 factories+crucible MD, but at the moment I have the feeling the mana base could not take it. Didn't test it yet.
Another idea is to splash white for StP, probably not worth it for 4 cards.
Anyone aiding in decktesting would be very welcome.
