UBg leyline of anticipation

so I want to start talking about breaking this leyline.

so far things that look interesting are creatures and discard. duressing during draw step has got to be broken.

before I come up with a list i want some ideas

heres what im thinking

duress
thoughtseize
inquisition of kozilek
extirpate
goyf
counters


maybe mana ramping into more of a landstillish build with damnation
maybe no green?
non creature win condition
jace 2.0?
I feel like these are ideas, but still not viable enough. lets hear yours'

Seedborn Muse, Bounce stuff like Cloudstone Curio, Survival, Mystic Snake......

Planeswalkers in a deck like this would probably be a No simply because you can't use their abilities even with this out- though you could cast one on your opponent's turns...

As far as cards that come to mind:

Act of Treason
Augur of Skulls
Æther Rift


Even these though dont really abuse the leyline... There has to be some card out there that makes it a nightmare for your opponent.

Even these though dont really abuse the leyline... There has to be some card out there that makes it a nightmare for your opponent.

necrologia seems liek a sub par combo to barely change tendrils by playing 2 cards over ad nauseum.

Necrologia allows you to play force of will, that's a big plus.

I dont get it. Isnt it an instant already?
We can't use it in the end of the opponent turn if that was the catch...

Tendrills becoms an instant, petals, moxen and leds become instants, tutors too.
Now, you can't cast these teh same turn as necrologia, with flash, you can.

Sure, but the problem is that you need it in hand on turn 0. That means you need to Mulligan into it. Then you have to hope you already have the combo in hand and not a bunch of junk. Without Mystical Tutor, there isn't a reliable way to guarantee you will have Necrologia in hand. Its just not a deck that works.

Could you drop a Standstill in response to an opponents spell to immediately draw up 3 cards?

When you get priority to do so, his spell is already cast and can't trigger Standstill anymore.

I'm not sure about you, but I know I have games where I don't want to start with one less card in hand to have it all instant speed. If you want it all at instant speed, play faeries.

Landstill could kind of abuse it, I guess.
