Firstly I would Like to Apologize for all the threads of recently I'm just trying to find something thats not main stream and make it work.
Now for the list:

3 Counter spell
4 Brianstorm
4 Curfew

2 Lonely Sandbar

Force of will, Counter spell, Brianstorm: yup...
Curfew, Peel from Reality: Keep stuff off the board, Curfew can surprise a NO player, great With Witness and snake
Gifts Ungiven: Witness, Time warp, Regrowth, Crystal Shard (with Witness in hand or in play) is one package but their are more depending on situation (can grab loam and cycle lands)
Explore: get a land drop ahead without lossing a card in hand....seams ok in this deck
Regrowth: Gifts packages
Time Warp: Early game it just gets you a land drop ahead but it gets stupid with witness once you hit 9
Life from the Loam: great target for gifts, gets a draw engine going
Eternal Witness: Works great with curfew and Peel From Reality to keep guys off the board, also helps link multiple turns together.
Mystic Snake: Counters spells, great with double bounce spells to create card advantage
Sensei's Divining Top: good card?
Crystal Shard: Reusable bounce to really get witness and snake going (will allow for infinite turns)
Tranquil Thicket, Lonely Sandbar: Life from the Loam draw engine.
Misty Rainforest, Island, Forest: basic manabase because all my double casting cards come down a bit latter (other the counter spell but UU shouldn't be hard with only one other colour) so why open myself up to wasteland and such? this deck needs its lands alive. Also, I'm cheap....
