What do you think? my base to this is a merfolk deck. I was wondering why Merfolk can succeed if both elves also have lords?

Compared to merfolk you loose the important Islandwalk, Forestwalk is decent, but not as good as Islandwalk. You also lose Force of Will, which is essential for both putting up early pressure and being able to counter dangerous spells. Using Spell Pierce instead could slow you down by a whole turn.

Other than that, I can't really tell as I haven't playtested the deck.

Well i take off the FOW because i the deck dont´t have many blue cards, and forestwalk cam help with many decks like new horizons, etc because many decks use tarmogoyf today.

So you're splashing green in order to run a subpar creaturebase? K. You might want to play Coiling Oracle since it's the only blue splash card of note for elves.
