Is it possible to add extra cards to a banlist for one sanctioned tournament?

Quick question. Suppose one would wish to organise a Legacy tournament, but would wish to ban specific cards from decks (for example ban Tarmogoyf, Squire, Island, whatever,... in addition to the cards banned by wotc), would you be able to have this tournament sanctioned?
