If you wanted to run a "toolbox" sideboard in B or U. Some that I can think of:

Extirpate
Mindbreak Trap
Ravenous Trap
Hydroblast

Echoing Truth and Diabolic Edict are also pretty good in B/U.

Slaughter Pact
Tsabo's Decree
Hideous Laughter

Forbid is a good one, especially if you run loam. Fact or Fiction/Intuiion/Gifts are all strong choices, depending on deck design with Intuition/Gifts being very strong in loam/EE/Academy Ruins engine or other forms of engines.

For my UWb Landstill, the common ones I usually include are:
4 Extirpate
3 Negate
1 Pulse of the Fields
1 Diabolic Edict
1 Disenchant/Dismantling Blow
1 ETutor

I'm not a fan of Tsabo's Decree. It's too slow against Gobs/Folks, not to mention these decks Port/Waste/Daze you to death.

For UB, the strongest are definitely:
- Extirpate
- Edict
- Forbid

Ravenous/Mbreak Traps are good but I feel that they're not needed if the maindeck is designed correctly. Mbreak Trap has always been weak for me as a combo answer. I rather have Negates sideboarded in. Once again, depends on your deck design and strategy.

Path to exile is a solid removal choice but flip flops back and forth with diabolic edict.
Tempest of light Can answer enchantress if that's in your meta but the better choice is probably fracturing gust

All the others have been mentioned above.

[black]
Extirpate
Ravenous Trap
Diabolic Edict
Slaughter Pact
[white]
PTE
Return to Dust
Pulse of the fields
Enlightened Tutor
[red]
Pyroblast
[blue]
Negate (not really good, but it can be run)

Personally I think Cunning Wish targets should use no more than 4-5 slots of your SB. If you run more, they should be useful via usual sideboarding. Personally I've used to run

1 Extirpate or Trap (trap if I'm not running black, Extirpate otherwise)
1 Pulse of the Fields
1 ETutor
1 Path or Edict or Pact if I'm running black
1 Return to Dust

When I was running red, I SBed 3 Pyroblasts, which could be grabbed by Wish. Sometimes 2-3 Negates, but all these are usually not worth to be run as singletons for Wish

sudden spoiling during an alpha strike can wreak havoc, if you have the 6 mana

My first eternal deck I ever build was Gro-a-Tog, so I guess it would be Berserk to put on your Tog.... It was the whole reason to run Cunning Wish in the deck to begin with.

Cunning wish is one of my favorite cards. I have several cards I tend to always think about when I play the Wishes.

Here's my typical list of choices. It depends on the deck's strengths and weaknesses of course, but you get the idea.

Disenchant
Dismantling Blow
Stifle
Fact or Fiction
Wing Shards - Anti Goblins
Spell Pierce
Orim's Chant - Brutal for Storm decks in response to Duress
Counterspell
Enlightened tutor
Hydroblast
Pulse of the Fields - amazingly good wish target
Dissipate
Extirpate
Diabolic Edict
Misdirection
Tsabo's Decree
Forbid
Krosan Grip
Ravenous trap
Mindbreak Trap
Tempest of Light
Commandeer

That's about all I can think of. I'm sure I've used others can could probably think of practically any wish target you might want for a particular need.

Pulse of the Fields is probably the best Cunning Wish target ever.

I agree. That card has won me so many games. Well, I should say help me get to the point where I could win the game.

i would add:

Back to nature
Submerge

as valid sb targets.
Currently i'm playing UBg loam, my sb looks like:

1 stifle
1 echoing thrut
1 extirpate
1 back to nature
1 ravenous trap
1 tsabo's decree
1 k. grip
1 Submerge
1 forbid
1 mindbreak trap
1 FoF
1 Diabolic edict
3 Tormod's crypt.

with 3 wishes maindeck.

Ad Nauseam.

Wrong. This would mean you're playing Cunning Wish in an Ad Nauseam deck. Which is a fail.
