This decklist is not 100% original, so there may be a thread for it already somewhere else.

3 Glimpse of Nature
4 Diabolic Intent
4 Burning Wish
1 Last Ditch Effort
4 Ornithopter
4 Memnite
4 Phyrexian Walker
4 Crimson Kobolds
4 Crookshank Kobolds
4 Koblds of Kher Keep
4 Shield Sphere
4 Street Wraith
1 Simian Spirit Guide
3 Elvish Spirit Guide
4 City of Brass
4 Forbidden Orchard
4 Tendo Ice Bridge
=
1 Glimpse of Nature
14 Other

The strategy is to resolve Glimpse of Nature, drop 20+ 0-cost creatures, and resolve Last-Ditch Effort for the win.

This could probably go in casual/budget since I'm not really looking forward to putting a lot of money into this deck.

why you aren't playing somthing like phyrexian altar + living end?

so, what if your singleton glimpse gets countered/discared?

I'm gonna go out on a limb and say there is 3 glimpse and 1 sideboard for a wish target.

If you really want to play this, maybe Ad Nauseam would help...
And of course, you need to resolve Glimps AND Last Ditch Effort. If the Effort gets countered, you auto-lose.

He could add 1 Kobold Taskmaster and go beatdown! =D

This deck does not ramp enough mana to cast Ad Nauseam.
-4 Wraith, -1 Intent, but don't know what to bring in.

Maybe Greater Gargadon could help...

I agree that this deck must go on Casual, but staying budget, you can add Grapeshot as Wish Target. Is an alternative kill for when you can't reach 20 creatures or doesn't find Last-Dirt Effort. Next turn, you can try to find Effort while chumpblock your opponent.

You can try Goblin Bushwhacker or Beastmaster Ascension if you want to go for the beatdown. Them look better than Kobold Taskmaster and need less creatures in play to win but more mana :P

Anyway remember that you would die when you draw 5 non-creature cards if you don't find an Elvish Spirit Guide and a second Glimpse of Nature. I must test it to see how the deck goldfishs but if it fizzles a lot, you can add more 'free' creatures in some non-creature slots to avoid it:

Wild Cantor
Tinder Wall
Skirk Prospector

Add 4x Scapegoat, it helps you not fizzle.

As a pure combo deck, I don't believe it is possible to get anything from this concept that is very consistent or resilent. To be viable, it needs to be able to win small. Before the last additions, I was reasonably happy with the following list:

4 Tree of Tales
4 Seat of the Synod
4 Lotus Petal
4 Elvish Spirit Guide
3 Chrome Mox
3 Mox Diamond

4 Ornithopter
4 Phyrexian Walker
4 Shield Sphere
4 Frogmite
4 Myr Enforcer
3 Storm Entity
3 Salvage Titan

4 Glimpse of Nature
4 Retract
4 Ponder

Naturally, this list is dated... I haven't done any recent testing but 4 Ornithopter, 1 Mox Diamond, 1 Chrome Mox -> 4 Memnite, 2 Mox Opal is what I'd start with. I'd rather have lots of ways to win on turn 3 without ever using my main engine than put my faith in a turn 2 tutor for a turn 3 Glimpse attempt... and it's a blast to play.
