This isn't a legacy-specific article, but there's a significant legacy section on some of the decision-making that went into my 2009 GP list. It's a general-advice piece, focusing on how to value a card, and the situations where generating card advantage doesn't improve your chances of winning. There's some vintage stuff in there as well, but I think a legacy-only player could still get something out of it.

Just want to say I liked the article. I especially like the reference to Zvi's statement: "Everything in Magic has value equal to the chance it will win you the game." Players (myself included) often get too attached to common heiristics that usually help guide them to the best play, such as card advantage and efficiently spending your mana. When the result of these shortcuts don't line up with the highest EV play, it can sometimes be difficult to notice and correct.
