First off I apologize if these questions have been asked and answered before, I did a quick search but could find nothing...

1. My opponent casts a kicked Rite of Replication and I respond by casting Twincast on it, is my copy kicked? What about if my opponent hadn't played the kicker cost? What if I later cast Memory Plunder targeting the Rite of Replication in his graveyard? Is the kicker cost paid or unpaid?

2. Would the above hold true with a spell that has "replicate" such as Shattering Spree?

3. Along similar lines, suppose I cast Commandeer targeting my opponents Memory Sluice which they have paid to conspire, is the commandeered version then conspired? What if the conspire cost was not paid initially?

4. I cast Bribery and search through my opponents deck choosing any creature card with a kicker cost. Is the cost paid or unpaid when it comes into play? If it is unpaid am I allowed to pay it?

Thank you for the help.

The tag for card links is cards, not card. :)

1a. Yes. "Kicked" is a copiable value.
1b. No. See 1a for reason.
1c. Not kicked. It's a different object than the spell that was kicked.

2. No. Replicate triggers when the spell is cast. Putting a copy of a spell onto the stack is not the same as casting that spell, so Replicate doesn't trigger.

3. Commandeer just changes owners and targets. It doesn't do anything else.

4. Kicker is an additional cost as you cast the spell. Bribery tells you to put the creature card into play. You are not casting that creature, so there is no chance for Kicker to be payed.

3. The spell is still conspired, but your opponent gets the copy, not you. This is because Conspire is (partly) a triggered ability like replicate, so it triggers when your opponent casts the spell, giving him a copy. Then you can Commandeer either the original spell or the copy (or both if you have two Commandeers).

To 1b) The answer is no but the reasoning behind the answer is the same as in 1a) that was what heroicraptor meant.

He does have the option to pay the kicker since he is casting the spelll for free.
