Does what it names ;)
Burn combined with some Affinity moves - or call it Artifactial Burn. You can also call it Mechanical Zoo^^
The reason is short:
Get the power of affinity and combine it with some burn spells.
Possible Card choices:
Mana:
Ancient Den - for W
Vault of Whispers - for B
Great Furnace - for R
Seat of the Synod - for U
Tree of Tales - for G
Glimmervoid - enables all colors with just 1 artifact
Mox Opal - all colors with 3 Artifacts
Mishra's Factory + Blinkmoth Nexus - artifact creatures, might be interesting!
Here we will pick of course Great Furnace (to support Burn!), Seat of the Synod (for Thoughtcast,Master of Etherium, Spell Pierce as Sideboard option) and i prefer as third color the B splash (Diciple of the Vault and Dark Confidant+Duress/Thoughtseize as Sideboardoption). Some might prefer the green Splash for Tamogoyfs or even white.
I personally think, that the UBR will be the best.
Possible Creatures:
Memnite - 0 mana for 1/1, great!
Ornithopter - 0 mana for 0/2 but evasion and heavy with plating!
Frogmit - 4 mana, mostly a freeplay but just 2/2
Myr Enforcer - 7 mana, will come not for free, will cost you mostly 3 mana, playable but not as fast as possible in mono brown
Arcbound Ravager - nothing else to say about it. Pumpin good
Disciple of the Vault - call him Ravager ping or let him make extra damage with shrapnel blasts.
Dark Condidant - more card = more pressure!
Master of Etherium - 3 mana for 4/4 or more? and you get the lord effect for free ;)
Best possible Spells:
Lightning Bolt -3 for 1? get it.
Galvanic Blast - 4 for 1? even better!
Shrapnel Blast - 5 for 2 - still ok ;D
Chain Lightning - not as good as the above
Fling - not necessary but thinkable, like chain lightning, we dont have the slots.
Thoughtcast - card draw is always nice!
Enchantments?
Standstill - might be thinkable because we're faster!
Other Artifacts:
Cranial Plating - 4 of course!
The first mainboard card choices are simple:

4 Ornithopter
4 Arcbound Ravager

4 Disciple of the Vault
4 Dark Confidant

It feels great - fast, effective and hard to hate before the boarding!
After the boarding, we will see lots of hate, so we have to board in counter parts, to defend our bord position! Even our combo matchup sucks.

Duress
Thoughtseize
All those cards will establish a more controlish part of the deck - easily.You might even think of boarding Challice of the Void, Red Elemental Blast and Leyline of the Void.

Pithing Needle - stops Planeswalker, Equipments, Survival and every other nasty activated ability!
Tormod's Crypt - 0 mana artifacts are always great in this deck!
Relic of Progenitus - also playable and ok^^
