I've got an interesting question. Fictional board situation: I've got a Jace and a Qasali. Op has a Top in play. I destroy the Top. He rearranges 3 and draws in response.
Draw resolves. Do I have the right to watch him ordering the cards in "slow motion" so that I will know where the Top is? It's important because of Jaces fateseal-ability.

Thanks for answering and discussing.

No, your opponent doesn't have to show you the order of the cards.

401.4. If an effect puts two or more cards on the top or bottom of a library at the same time, the owner of those cards may arrange them in any order. That library's owner doesn't reveal the order in which the cards go into his or her library.
