Im looking for opinions on what the best 4 drop creature's are in the game.
Of course the first thing that comes to mind is Juzam Djinn (or its little brother Plague Sliver) but I know there are more out there, tell me what you guys think, mono colored, multi colored, anything...

Loxodon Hierarch
Vengevine
Sower of Temptation
Glen Elendra Archmage
Bloodbraid elf
Mystic Enforcer
It's pretty rare for 4 drop creatures to really make a splash in a format as stocked with 1-3 drops as legacy except for vengevine being "cheated" into play.
Llawan, cephalid empress
Masticore
Goblin Ringleader
Linvala, Keeper of Silence
I suppose it depends on where it's being played.

Depends on if we're just hardcasting them, or what.
Although it's possible I'm overlooking something, at the moment, with no pre-requisites, this list goes:
1. Vengevine
2. Goblin Ringleader
3. Necrotic Ooze
4. Ichorid
(Huge Gap)
5. Probably Sower of Temptation or Gamekeeper
Of the top four, one is never hardcast (Ichorid), one is sometimes hardcast but not meant to be (Vengevine), one is about 50/50 (Ringleader), and one, if youve got the combo set, literally wins the game almost indisputably upon resolution.
This should tell you how 4-drops work in Legacy. Remember the moniker, Cheat them in or they have to win.

the problem is, that Legacy's 3's are just better. Knight of the Reliquary and Terravore take the cake, and Vengevine costs 0.

Great suggestions, how about this one pre-req:
4 drops that can survive a Lightning Bolt.
Linvala, Keeper of Silence
Masticore

I consider Progenitus a 4-drop.

I can't think of a single 4-drop that fits this criteria and is playable in Legacy.

Progenitus?

Progenitus?
While I get the point, Progenitus isn't technically a 4-drop to me. He's the end product of a 4-mana sorcery/1 green creature combo.
But if you want to count him, yes, he does survive Lightning Bolt.
EDIT: I guess you could also make the argument that Gamekeeper survives Lightning Bolt as well, as he's going to either turn into a different Gamekeeper or something that starts with E and ends with Mrakul, The Aeons Torn.

Tarmogoyf under two Sphere of Resistance.
This is only slightly worse than my first thought upon reading the thread, which was "Two Tarmogoyfs."
Of the legitimate options (...not counting Natural Order or Jace):
1. Vengevine
2. Ichorid
3. Goblin Ringleader
4. Sower of Temptation
5. Abyssal Persecutor
Honorable Mention: Masticore

My original thought was Jace, the Mind Sculptor.
I mean, he's practically Legacy's version of the blue Power Ranger.

I'm guessing in 2 years we'll see some Legacy playable 4 drops. Power creep has been very kind to the 1-3 drop and recently 6 drop slots. Except for Baneslayer and Vengevine 4-5 drops have gotten the shaft. Abyssal Persecutor is incredibad. I welcome anyone who disagrees with that statement to prove me wrong.

Whew, what a list. That's a list of all the ones that are even remotely playable and not bolt bait. For the most part even those aren't playable. You wanted a list of the best of what 4 mana could buy so those are it.

Academy Rector hasn't gotten much love but should probably be on the list somewhere. It survives Bolt, mostly because the Bolt certainly wasn't aimed at him.
Also, Tombstalker when you only have four cards in your yard.
Honorable Mention: Empty the Warrens.

Goblin Ringleader. The only creature near that is Vengevine and maybe Ichorid.

Simply to be different:
Wickerbough Elder (in survival)
Silent Arbiter (in control)
Etched Oracle (itf, although idk if they still play it with the way combat works)
Obstinate Baloth (in midrange)
Slithermuse (in combo)
Mistbind Clique (in fae)

honestly, if you gave more information on what you are hunting for and for what kind of deck and what colors it would help to pick out the absolute best ones.

Elspeth, Knight-Errant. Technically not a creature, but sure as hell is pretty damn good. Survives at least 1 bolt.

Well, ive gotten what i was hunting for really, 4 drop suggestions. But, being the old school player that I am and Juzam Djinn being basically the most feared creature when I was tournament worthy, I was simply fishing for ideas to see exactly how far the 4 drop has come.

I think the general consensus is that if it costs 4+ mana, it sure as hell better win the game outright or lock the game down.

Lodestone Golem actually isn't bad in Legacy either. Kind of forgot about him. You just, like most other 4-drops, have to have a plan to ramp him out. Fortunately, he can actually be played off two lands (Any combination of Tomb-City,) or more often 3.

Tombstalker usually hits for 3-4 mana.
