As you can see, this deck tries to cascade into a Restore Balance to sweep the board from lands and creatures and afterwards drops a Prison/Ajani/Chandra/Magus/World Queller to keep the control of the game. I just recently started to play Magic again so I don't want to pay to much money for specific cards (no Mind Sculptor :cry:)
Any Suggestions?

You're probably better off playing either Living Death or Hypergenesis. Playing 4/5 drops in legacy is rarely a good plan.
The two other decks mentioned are ok against aggro and can even pack some kind of cheap protection like Duress...

I once build a budget stax cascade restore balance deck, using trinisphere, grand arbiter etc. it was only U/W but cards I would say you can maybe look at are rushing river and azorius herald.
