It's not a deck. He just said he has a lot of cards that contain many cards you could use to make a Merfolk deck.

How did I not see that! I remember Slinga posting on TMD about the same (satirical) thread about "Mystical Tutor clearly says fetching mana sources aka Lotus, Moxes, Lands"
