What happens if your play an epic spell i.e. endless swarm and use conspire on it i.e. Wort, the raidmother?

It does, but in a bit different way than you think: You can conspire the original Endless Swarm (because you obviously cast it). When the original + the copy resolve, the Epic ability on both of them triggers on your each upkeep, giving you two copies of Endless Swarm on each of your upkeeps.
