This is my first of what will be a series of articles aimed at helping new(er) Legacy players learn how to play Storm decks. This article deals with the best way to approach learning Storm. Feedback is appreciated.

The website formating is still WIP, but we are getting to grips with it.

can't wait for the detailed article on decklists/choises, because it was the first thing I missed here.

This article looks like how to prepare to start playing combo, but it's a bit awkward if they have no clue what the choises are or how a decklist looks like, it didn't have to be detailed, but if they are going to prepare, you might as well give them some homework and shout out some names they can look at (doomsday tendrils, ANT, TES, solidarity etc etc etc)Since there wasn't a single list named besides solidarity and that deck is on the brink of extinction.

I totally agree that not having deck choice in this article is a bit of a pain at the moment, but I did not want to repeat the mistake of my last article and tackle too much at once.

The goal, though, is to have these articles act as a series of chapters (once they are all finished), so the lack of deck lists in this article should not be a big deal... a reader can just move on to the next article, which will be all about deck choice.

It's more like I missed names...you said in the article decklists will be tackled later.

It's more that you talked about reading all topics on storm: but a new player to legacy might not have a clue that ANT and TES are storm-combo-lists.

Decklists and thorough analysation of cards can easily be taken care of later.

Great article man, very helpful. It's nice to see that I've actually done most of the right stuff over the last year in my quest to become a decent storm pilot as well. I'll eagerly await the next one.

Honestly one of the better articles I have read on Magic. Long enough and honest about the strengths of the decktype. I am looking forward to the next article. I really enjoyed that you spelled out that storm is not about turn 1 protected combos.
