I've been tooling around with this deck list for awhile, I'm not certain on my sideboard
and this isn't PURE white weenie, i did splash red for my sideboard purposes.
4x Icatian Javelineers
4x Mother of Runes
1x Savannah Lion
2x Isamaru, Hound of Konda
4x Silver Knight
4x Soltari Priest
4x Suntail Hawk
4x Swords to Plowshares
3x Umezawa's Jitte
2x Sword of Fire and Ice
// OR
2x Sword of Body and Mind
//im not sure which sword would be more useful
2x Enlightened Tutor
1x Pithing Needle
1x Pariah
2x Seal of Cleansing
4x Wasteland
4x Plateau
4x Windswept Heath
10x Plains
//Sideboard
3x Blood Moon
4x Boil
2x Pariah
1x Pyrostatic Pillar
1x Enlightened Tutor
1x Serenity
3x Phyrexian Furnace
I'm not sure the sideboard is proper with the current state of affairs in Legacy.
I'm also debating the Suntail Hawk vs Soltari Monk
Also, I wish to keep Sword of Fire and Ice in over Sword of Body and Mind because it is an effective damage dealer and card draw. On the other hand, Sword of Body and Mind pumps more creatures out for me, so I'm at a loss which is better. Pariah + Mother of Runes just seems to be a nice way to stave off Survival amongst other things.
Also, am I running TOO anti-red?

If splashing Red, I'd run Grim Lavamancer and/or Lightning Bolt over Icatian Javelineers. The extra damage they provide can make a big difference if your smaller creatures are getting outclassed. Grim's nice cause it provides card advantage and you're not using your GY for anything else, while Bolt has the advantage of being non-summoning sick removal- especially relevant against Goblin Lackey, Noble Hierarch, opposing Mother of Runes, etc.
I'd cut back on the equipment and include Stoneforge Mystics- it's a source of card advantage and while it requires a little more mana invested helps find the best equipment for the match up. A 2-3 SFM, 3 equipement split (IE. 1 Jitte, 1 Sword of Fire and Ice, 1 meta equip) would be superior to 5-6 redundant pieces of equipment.
If you haven't checked out the Death and Taxes thread in the Established Forum it has a bunch of good White Weenie information, meta options, etc, - could be relevant even if you're taking WW in a different direction.

Javelenirs(sp) can take out the lackey or mom. i can tutor for the equipment. i also don't think i'd have much of a GY to run lavamancer since im not tossing cards(unless my creatures are dying) and i'd run Lighting Helix over Lighting bolt
edit: though i did appreciate the input, im checking out that post, think i might toss a slightly edited version on there to get some more feedback, ty
I think the best sword for you is SoLaS. You already have creatures with pro-red, and green/blue doesn't have decent removals. SoLaS at a Monk will make him invulnerable to point-removal and prevent you from losing creatures.
Also, I'm not sure why you are splashing red there, the need for it is debatable.
And you definetly could run Stoneforge Mystic.

Suntail Hawk, Hound and Savannah Lion looks extremely underwhelming - they will usually be outclassed by turn 2-3 and by the time equipment comes online they will be outclassed by the bigger creatures too. Student of Warfare is many times better than the creatures mentioned earlier as he keeps up with the game's "evolution", carries equipment alot better and blocks Vines like a champ. If you want an 1cc aggresive creature Student and Steppe Lynx are pretty much the only viable options for WW in legacy.
Javelineers, I've had both good and bad results (lately almost entirely bad) - so if it works for you great! But keep track of how useful they actually are in the majority of games, and not just the few times they shine - plink a bird/hierach + waste a land, is a brutal T2 if you start. ;-)
As already mentioned you can easily swap three equips for Stoneforge Mystics, grabs the weapon you want and provides a body (with an ability that randomly can win you games against control) in the process. I've been using Empyrial Plate as an alternative to a Sword in my WW build and it's been suprisingly strong - not sure if SoLS would be better tho.
If you're hellbent on using Enlightened Tutor you should probably consider Oblivion Ring too instead of one Seal.
In general I've found WW to be much better if it's creatures serve another role rather than just turning sideways (unless they are Steppe Lynx) as WW will never be as fast as the other aggro decks, and thus need to play a much more controling/disruptive role.
In short:
-2 Lions
-1 Hound
-4 Hawks
+4 Student of Warfare
+3 Some useful creature: Cannoist, Leonin Arbiter and Grim Lavamancer all spring to mind. Lynx really needs to be a 4-of if you include it.
-1 Jitte
-1 SoFI
-1 SoMB
+3 Stoneforge Mystic
-1 Seal
+1 Oblivion Ring
It would improve your creature base, make your equipment package more flexible thanks to the searching of Mystic and give a smidge more utility out of your Tutor.

I would suggest Figure of Destiny because (I think) it's better than Student of Warfare. And I strongly suggest putting in Serra Avenger. And by risking turning your list into mine (or rather the one I used to have) I would put the Enlightened Tutors in the sideboard including specific hate cards like: canonist, needle, Seal of Cleansing, Wheel of Sun and Moon and that kind of stuff.
Basically this is indeed the advise you should take in (but would put tutor utility in the sideboard):
It would improve your creature base, make your equipment package more flexible thanks to the searching of Mystic and give a smidge more utility out of your Tutor.
Goldmeadow Harrier is also a good creature to stall opponents and enable your attacks
Also aggre you should run Figure of Destinys
Also, Weathered Wayfarer is used at UW Tempo, and it's strong there, maybe could be used here too. You just would need more Fetchlands, probably.

The fetch-land configuration of this build looks rather suspect.

what do you mean?
Everytime I think White Weenie I think of building this but never do (if they do something stupid like unban gush though and its on) hopefully it spawns some ideas :
RANDOM NO GOYF BUILD:
Creatures
4x Savannah Lions
4x Jotun Grunt
4x Serra Avenger
3x Wonder
2x Isamaru, Hound of Konda
Spells
4x Daze
4x Swords to Plowshares
4x Armegeddon
4x Carefull Study
Artifacts
4x Aether Vial
Lands
4x Wasteland
4x Tundra
4x Flooded Strand
3x Flagstones of Trokair
3x Plains
3x Islands
2x Rishadan Port
Sideboard something like
4x Spell Pierce
4x Faerie Macabre
4x Oblivion Ring
3x Silence
Almost all decks are made better by running blue; and as it stands white weenie just doesn't have a prayer in legacy. So yeah the basic idea is weenies don't suck as bad when they fly (sorry I am drunk if this post makes no sense please disregard)...
