If I cascade into Warcaller I can pay the Multikick cost?

Yes, definitly. The payment of any times 1G is an optional payment when casting Warcaller. Since BBE only cares about converted mana cost (which is just the stuff in the top right corner) you may play Warcaller off Cascade and while doing so pay the multikicker.

The important part is that with Cascade you're casting the card ("You may cast it without paying its mana cost"), and you can pay a kicker cost whenever you're casting a card - no matter how you're casting it.
