I'am playing MtG in Germany and making some Videos of our monthly tournament.

Thanks for the videos, Maxe! I have a question for you. In game 1 of round 4 the Imperial Painter player tutors up some red creature with Imperial Recruiter. Do you know what creature that was?

After G2 TES against Painter spectator says: "He topdecked Ritual. When you wanted to use Grindstone during upkeep. I just wanted to mention that."
I hate spectators inventing in games not yet done (G3 still to come...).
It's like: You should have done it like that... with the game still going on.

Couldn't he have just gone like this ?
Petal(5), UG Sea, both LEDs(7)
Get mana from Petal and UG Sea to play Burning Wish, I think I saw it in his hand(8)
Crack Leds for BBBBBB
Get IT and play it (9)(BBBB)
Get ToA for 20

Yeah but regarding decklist he's just playing one. And in the vid it seems like hes playing two at some time.

I didn't see a Burning Wish but an Infernal Tutor, thus 4 storm -> Petal, LED, LED ->7 storm. Usea + Petal -> Infernal (8) crack LEDs for RRR, BBB, Get Burning Wish (9) & Tendrils.

Yes, and hes only plaing one.

In R5 G3 TES player could have finished with his hand cards and stopping Ad Nauseam. But after the game he tells us it was his second tournament with this deck, so hes still learing. :D

Round 6 TES player screws up as well in game 1.

He should've gone.

1. Rite of flame (rr)
2. Rite of flame (rrrr)
3. Infernal tutor for second led ( rrr,no untapped mana sources left)

6. burning wish to ill-gotten gains, sac LEDS ( r bbb bbb)

24 damage was enough, he would;ve survived the possible stp ( which he had), there were no counters on jitte left.

such a waste.

I don't really care much about the results, as it is sort of moot now that Survival got the axe.

What I'm more curious about is how that Imperial Painter player could stand playing a white-bordered Blood Moon when he has Imperial Recruiters.

Thank you very much justMAD! ;D A few questions: Why leyline of the void main deck? Meta probs?? ...and why don't use sword of fire and ice instead of body and mind? IMO its more eficient, kills some treats/do damage to player and have card advantage for the late-game is a must!

Smother may be trade by terminate, much better in my opinion.

My changes:

- 4 leyline of the void
-2 smother
-1 sword of body and mind

+ 1 sword of fire and ice
+ 2 terminate
+ 3 sensei's divining top
+ 1 stoneforge mystic

With theese changes the deck will be much better. I see those videos and find this deck very nice,funny and powerfull! Thanks once again for the list, im trying that deck with my changes. ;D

Left Player = supreme Blue
Right Player = BGw ooze surv

Both mulligan 0.
They do this shit because they are freinds and teammates and decided to have alot of fun in this final match.

Right Player begins the macht three.
Right Playe : go

Left Player : draw, fetchland go

Right Player : draw, fetchland go

Left Player : draw, fetchland go

Right Player : draw (Survival) go

Left Player : draw ( E Tutor ) go

Right Player : draw, land, play Survival ok ? -resolves

Left Player : end of turn E Tutor into Relic of Progeniuts (later he said, searching EE would have been better)

Left Player : draw Relic, play Relic go

Right Player : draw, go

Left Player : eot tap Relic ->remove fetchland
Left Player : draw, go

Right Player : draw (vengevine), Survival this Veng into rotwalla. Survival with madness into Noble Hierarch, play Noble trigger Vengevine ?

Left Player : response relic ->remove fetchland

Right Player : starts beating with army

Left Player : draw go

Right Player : draw some irrelvant creature, use survival and swing with some more Vengevine.

Left Player : eot the board is 3 mana, unused fetchland, Relic, 1 lifepoint. So he needs a topdecked FirespouT. He dicided not to use Relic and go for his turn.

Left Player : He topdecks.... a land. GG - handshacke

Left Player : reveals top card ... Firespout, yea he could have some more turns.

Nice final match, thanks for it dudes.

Leyline was an completly "meta" choice.

The top8 players know each other before those three rounds started.So they know the possible decks evrybody may play.

It's only 3 round out of the year top8.

why did Supreme blue player keep activating relic before attacking, losing on extra damage ... turn after turn.
