Strategy:
Control your opponents mana using Sinkhole, Rain of Tears and Wasteland then Pernicious Deed their board away. Then make sure they don't draw anything useful by trapping them into a bunch of Agonizing Memories and Stunted Growths. Beat them down with Eternal Witness or Cursed Scroll their lives away.

And with your fetchland capability, maybe a basic Plains or Scrubland to allow for Crime/Punishment?

I like the idea of head games :) It fits the theme as well.

Hmm, where's Plow under? That card use to be the nuts and is better then Agonizing Memories imo.

Seeing how this plays, I'd consider using Thresher Beast. Deck seems slow for the first 3 turns though.
