To take a break from the competitive deck-building, I designed myself a coin flip deck:

4 Mana Clash
3 Winter Sky
4 Desperate Gambit
4 Krark's Thumb
4 Goblin Festival
2 Risky Move (or Sorcerer's Strongbox)
4 Game of Chaos
4 Fiery Gambit
3 Puppet's Verdict
3 Planar Chaos
3 Chance Encounter

22 Mountain

1 Chance Encounter
1 Planar Chaos
1 Puppet’s Verdict
1 Winter Sky
4 Goblin Bomb
4 Goblin Archaeologist
3 Mogg Assassin

As you can probably tell, I designed the main part of the deck for 1 on 1 casual matches. I use the sideboard to change to a multi-player deck or to "better" my match-ups against certain decks. I designed this deck to be relatively fast (Legacy speed) against one opponent.

I kept it mono-red and Legacy legal because I wanted it to look more "fair" than other variants I see online.

Against multiple opponents, you just switch out some cards for the 4th Chance Encounter and the Goblin Bombs. Those cards along with Goblin Festival just win games. Against aggro, switch out for Winter Sky (if relevant) or Mogg Assassin along with Puppet's Verdict. Against combo/control, Planar Chaos is hilarious. Goblin Bomb might make the control match-up more interesting, too.

Currently, my only worries are the number of lands and the slot that Risky Move is currently in. I don't think it's worth it quite yet.

Thoughts?

Note: Sorry about the cards with apostrophes in the name. I don't know how to make those work.

Interesting concept, but like no thought into it its like you just searched "flip a coin, red" on gatherer. I love the creativity of the deck, but in the end it'll only be fun if it works, 'cause just losing every game and nobody caring 'cause it's like not even close wont be fun.

I think maybe focusing around a few of the cards and building a solid core from there would be more effective, and hilarious

I think making a Burn deck revolving around standard burn: bolts, fireblasts... then throw in Mana Clash, Krark's Thumb, and Fiery Gambit would be hilarious. If you run Bro beat, I think you could go Pyrokinesis too. 'Cause if you got the card draw from Browbeat and actually pull off Fiery Gambit, that's pretty epic, but having free cards would really be helpful so you dont just draw cards tap out and get killed.

Chance Encounter + Fenetic Efreet/Sliver = autowin. Not sure if worth running. Goblin Festival, you dont' really have the mana to abuse. I think you need some sorta infinite mana generator to make use of him vs. Krarks Thumb. Goblin Bomb, you need a way to transfer counters which would require a completely dedicated deck to work. Some of the other enchantments are pretty hilarious in EDH, prolly not worth running here though. My 2cents, gl.

Actually, Frenetic Efreet did go back to it's original wording. So, with Chance Encounter, it's a two card win the game combo that is only vulnerable to Enchantment removal.

Hmmmm...

I have a friend who has built such a deck into a mainly blue shell (protection). But that's neither casual, neither budget and both Qasali Pridemage (pre-board) and Krosan Grip (post-board) are somewhat problematic.
