I just wanted to warn you guys about Troll and Toad. I bought 2 ponder and 1 Natural Order and i recived only the ponders and a letter saying that natural order was out of stock. I thought that they refunded the money when stuff like this happened, so i didn't even bothered to check my paypal account at first. Since it was christmas i actually checked my account since i recived quite a few payments, and noticed that T&T haven't refunded any money.
I have now mailed them ALOT (think +5 mails) and i have not yet getting any answears, so DON'T BUY FROM T&T is my reccomendation.
UPDATE: I have now recived the refund, and i'm happy. To T&T defence ive bought alot from them and usually it goes smooth.

I had the same issue not too long ago, but it was added after about a week (from when I received the other cards) without me contacting them. Based on the time delay, it might be PayPal waiting for funds to clear (or T&T taking their time is also possible).
On a side note, the reason for the inventory issues is because they moved to a new location. Doesn't really excuse it, but figured some might want to know.

I had that happen like 2 times, but I always get a refund like 2 days after. It is holiday right now, just be patient. Their customer service is really good from my experience.

The order is from dec 16th, so it's not like i haven't been waiting.

I've ordered from them plenty of times and only had a minor issue once, which was cleared up exceptionally fast by their customer services. I was sent 4x Words of Wilding instead of 4x Words of War. They mailed me the new ones quickly and told me to keep the other cards. I've purchased many many cards from them over the years with no other issues at all.
I wouldn't recommend staying away from them just because someone on the internet is having an impatient hissy fit during the busy holiday season.

Troll and Toad's been really great to me, personally. I sold them several hundred dollars in cards and they sent the money first, and I had no feedback: they're pretty good. I called them up at their store to confirm everything, and they're pretty good.
If you really have issues, call them up and they'll be able to help you. Just have your order number and everything ready, and they'll work it out.

I don't mind dealing with them in person, but I usually wont do it over the internet.
They have BY FAR the worst condition grading scale of anyone online.

I've had a couple of negative experiences from them. Some reasonably priced cards (nothing crazy, like $1 Show and Tells or something) were listed online, I BIN'ed about 4-5 auctions, and about half went through, the other half was "not in stock," and I had to email them back to get my refund on PayPal. It's not the end of the world.
The one thing about T&T that annoys me the most, perhaps, is that they will not look for matching languages when they have FBB stuff. Never really understood that.

Nothing else to see here, move along.

A lot of places are like that. It's too much of a hassle to deal with foreign cards. Like their non-core foreign selection literally consists of an unsorted box in the main store. If you live nearby, I suggest hitting them up and looking through it. Might get some really good deals.
Also, RE:topic - T&T are a great store! They have the best buy prices out of all the retailers I've dealt with, have fantastic customer service, and are generally pleasant to deal with. Try sending them an email and they will more than likely rectify the situation immediately.

I attempted to buy stuff from T&T multiple times this week, and their site has been extremely slow or completely down.
As someone in the business of interneting (it's a verb, I swear.), this reflects really poorly to me.

If you ever have that problem with a retailer just ask for a scan. I've bought several fbb duals and was able to get German copies by looking at scans and telling them which ones I wanted.
I've only had good experiences with troll and toad, and I've spent a lot at their site.

I love TnT, their $1 shipping on any amount of singles is awesome. That is all.

I've had a semi-bad experience with TrollAndToad recently.
I purchased 2 cards from them that I could not find in my binder but then I found them the same day within the hour (obviously.)
So I eBay mailed them asking if they would refund since I already paypal paid them but they obviously did not ship the cards yet.
No response about that from them, just got an email saying my item has shipped.
Sigh...
Yes, it is my fault, but all I wanted was a response at least.

This isn't even a bad experience, it's completely obvious. You buy something on ebay and it's done, obviously you won't get a refund, that's how ebay works...

It's a giant pain in the butt to reverse all the fees we sellers get hit by when that happens. I think I would have explained it a bit, but I can see why they didn't bother. It sucks doing all that to just refund someone. Half the time the person who wants the refund isn't worth dealing with to actually go through all of it.
