If I bleach/erase the black borders on cards, how will this affect their legality?

I currently have a deck with some cards in it that are only available in white border. For the sake of consistency, I want to make the entire deck white bordered. It's a preference thing I know.

I just want to know if this is something that could cause problems at high level tournaments. Are there certain ways of doing it that are less likely to cause problems? If so, which way should I use? I haven't done it yet because of this concern.

Thanks.

I would like to know this too, as I've seen a player playing with a purely white-bordered ANT deck at a tournament. It looked pretty sweet, pristine, perfect white borders are great.

I'd say it's okay as long as you bleach them white (white and black borders are tournament-legal), but it's probably up to the head judge, like alts are.

Altering the borders is OK so long as it doesn't make the cards marked. If the thickness is being changed or the edges of the cards look different than other cards you're likely in trouble.

Like all alterations, the decision to allow/disallow is up to the Head Judge of a particular event.
