Would Lotus Bloom be put straight into play if it was under Sun Titans trigger? Or would it be suspended for 3 turns before entering play?

Sun Titan puts the permanent card directly into the battlefield, even if it has suspend.

Sun Titan doesn't say anything about playing the permanent. It says "return to the battlefield" (formerly "return to play" under old rules), which is a completely separate concept and a difference that's important to get straight.

If it did say "play", you would be able to play a costless card like Lotus Bloom only because Sun Titan would say "without paying its mana cost", which is an alternate cost. Costless cards obviously can't be played normally. You couldn't suspend it because Suspend only works from your hand.
