No. While you can keep redirecting the one damage back and forth, it is an activated ability that you do not have to use. It's not like the rules will keep activating them for you.

Can 2 Shaman en-Kor create infinite loop so the game gone draw?

The only way a loop can cause a draw is if it consists of only mandatory actions. If you can choose an action that would end the loop, you are required to do so.

714.4. If a loop contains only mandatory actions, the game is a draw. (See rules 104.4b and 104.4f.)

I think your confusion is more likely about the en-Kor redirection ability. Redirection is a replacement effect, and replacement effects can only apply once to each event. For each point of damage, each en-Kor's ability will only apply once - ie, the point of damage will end up on the en-Kor it was originally being dealt to.

614.5. A replacement effect doesn't invoke itself repeatedly and gets only one opportunity for each event.

Example: A player controls two permanents, each with an ability that reads "If a creature you control would deal damage to a creature or player, it deals double that damage to that creature or player instead." A creature that normally deals 2 damage will deal 8 damage--not just 4, and not an infinite amount.
