Situation:
Creature A equipped with SoLaS and creature B attacks
Opponent blocks creature B and creature B dies
Will he go to the graveyard in time for me to get him back with SoLaS trigger?
Just want to be sure...

Short: Yes!
Long: When combat Damage is dealt, SoLaS triggers, but the drigger does not get on the stack yet. First state based actions are performed, which put creature B in the graveyard. then the triggered ability is put on the stack and you choose the target. Finally the active player gets priority.

I might be spacing but in this situation solas won't trigger. It only triggers when the equipped creature deals combat damage to an opponent. Also, you can only return creatures from your own graveyard.

Whom are you talking to? Malchar is absolutly rightt about what he said.

No, he's not. In the given scenario, the creature with SoLaS isn't blocked, so SoLaS triggers, and the player can return a creature that died in the same combat.

Him saying "attacks" made me believe only creature B was attacking while creature A was just equipped with SoLS thus assuming it's the one blocking.
Nevermind though, mrjumbo03 got his answer now.

I see what happened now. Originally, I thought that creatures A and B were controlled by different players, and that only creature B was attacking. I thought that OP misunderstood the trigger condition of the sword. Either way, what dorsch originally said is correct.

As a foreign person, I didn't realize, that "attacks" is singular, but I'm pretty sure, he meant creature A and B are controlled by him and both are attacking, while a third creature blocks.

Sorry about the misunderstanding... I meant that I control both A and B and they both attack...:)
Thanks for the replies...
