Solitary confinement + Encantress pressence/ may i draw?

Hey Community
i have a question about the enchantress deck:
when i have solitary confinement in play and also an Enchantress Presence, and i cast a enchantment, may i draw a card or not?

You actually must draw. Confinement only makes you skip your draw step which is a part of your turn (Untap -> Upkeep -> Draw -> Mainphase). It doesn't prevent you from actually drawing cards.
