A fellow russian mage Valeriy Shunkov wrote nice article (http://www.starcitygames.com/magic/fundamentals/21020_SCG_Talent_Search_From_Russia_with_Love_Spies_Weapons_and_SS18.html)about teams and teamwork in Magic.
The second part is not very interesting for us (it's about Type 2 and Extended), but the first one is informative and I can't remember last time I read something about magic teams.

Indeed, I rather liked the first part (perhaps because I play D&D/Team games, so it resonated better).

I don't think Legacy has alot in the way of teams (I know there are the few good ones), but with a smaller competitive scene there is less of a push, and thus a diminished need for teams.
