I was musing a case-scenario yesterday:
Isochron Scepter imprints Reset:
Question: Can I untap my land with the scepter'd Reset on MY turn?
My answer: Yes, because you are activating Isochron Scepter which puts the copy of Reset on the stack. Even though Reset says you can only play it on an opponent's turn, the spell is already on the stack as Isochron Scepter's activated ability says "You may copy the imprinted instant card and play the copy without paying its mana cost". although it does say "play the copy without paying its mana cost" so would Reset's play-condition on opponent's turn force this to not work?
