When Phage the Untouchable enters the battlefield, if you didn't cast it from your hand, you lose the game.

Phage enters tbe battlefield via Bribery. Who will die? Owner of the card or the current controller (caster).

Phage enters the battlefield from exile via Shared Fate. Same question.

also same question if using Phage as EDH general, but cast as usual.

Bribery and Shared fate is clear to me then. What about Command zone? Is playing a card from here like playing from hand?

The command zone is a zone. Like the hand is a zone. So no.
