This seems to be a bit problematic...
Springjack pasture is land (colorless), generates colorless mana per tap. There is no color symbol on the card.
It also says that you can pay 4 mana and tap the land to put int play 0/1 white goat.
If my general will be white one i dont see any problem. However if it is of any other color is player allowed to create white tokens or the card is not allowed to be in the deck?
I woulid like to refer on Esper Panorama. This card is legal with any general no matter what general you use, however its ability is limited only to legal lands which are allowed to be in deck referring to colour identity.
