As an additional cost to cast Silvergill Adept, reveal a Merfolk card from your hand or pay 3.

You aren't casting it, so you don't have to pay extra.

I know English is probably not your first language, but please use better capitalization and punctuation.

Silvergill Adept says "cast" - with an effect like Aether Vial, you're putting it into play, not casting it. Additional costs only apply to casting spells.

I'd prefer "OK, thanks!". (Capital O, one punctuation mark. Comma instead of ellipses and capital K would be a bonus.)

Merrow Reejerey also states "Whenever you cast"... You do NOT get to tap or untap if you Vial-in a Merfolk with Reejerey on board.

"Play" = "Cast," it's the old wording that changed with the inception of Magic 2010.

Even the old wording would have read "Whenever a Merfolk card comes into play," instead of "Whenever you play," if the ability were to trigger whenever any Merfolk entered the battlefield regardless of whether or not it was cast.

As a general note, you should always check gatherer.wizards.com for official oracle text on any card before asking a question.
