The player has Fires of Yavimaya in play.

Worldgorger dragon is in graveyard.

its being enchanted by Animate dead.

The dragon enters the battlefield and his CIP ability triggers, removes the Animate dead from the game and therefore the dragon has to be sacrificed. It enters the grave, animate dead comes back enchanting the dragon again. Repeat.

Any Comes into Play or Leaves play effect is triggered as many times player wants.

However he has nothing which allows him to draw a card or to deal damage and he decides afterwads to attack. Each of the blinking permanent returned untapped without relationship to its previous existence at the same time (as a part of resolution of the dragons "leaves play" ability". Therefore permanents are untapped, and eventually afferted by summoning sickness. However one of the returning permanents is Fires of Yavimaya.

Are creatures affected by static ability of Fires of Yavimaya? I just guess that no, but just have to be sure.

Dragon combo cannot just be stopped at the player's wishes. Neither ability is a may ability, so either you have to do something with your infinite mana or reanimate something else, or the game ends in a draw.

Fires will not be in play when the dragon would have the chance to attack, unless you stifle its ability. Without haste, the dragon cannot attack for the reasons you outlined.

This is a new wording. Animate Dead is now an Aura. You target a creature card in a graveyard when you cast it. It enters the battlefield attached to that card. Then it returns that card to the battlefield, and attaches itself to that card again (since the card is treated as a new object on the battlefield)

therefore i think that if the player targets different creature in the graveyard and not the Worldgorger dragon he can stop the combo.

That's what he said. If there are no other creatures in his graveyard, and has no way of using the mana generated, he cannot break the loop and the game ends in a draw.

Ah sorry. I forget to mention that there are also other creatures in graveyard. So if animate dead is returning from exile that player chooses which creature to reanimate.

In that case, when dragon leaves play for the last time, animate dead and Fires will return. The animated creature will be subject to Fires since Fires will be in play.
