When you check Misrha's Factory on gatherer there is ruling saying:

10/1/2009 The layering rules have changed. Now if you animate a land and it's power and toughness are lowered by Mutilate or a similar effect, reactivating the land's ability won't reset the values. This is because you apply all effects that set power and tougness to specific values before you apply any that modify power and toughness, regardless of the order in which the effects resolve.

Its clear to me when the abilities are on stack in any order. but...

Precombat main phase
Creature 1/1 is grown by Giant Growth to 4/4

Declaring attacker step
Creature attacks

Now Serendib sorcerer activated its ability. Or maybe, he activates its ability at the end of turn. Its clear that effects which end at the end of turn do not change results from effects of

Whats the P/T of the creature? I guess its 3/5 (instead of 0/2) no matter there was much more time between Giant growth and Sorcerers's ability. I am trying to imagine it as "Serendib sorcerer changes the values written on the card, but does not negate effects from any pumping".

Its pretty easy to find out that it weakens some "immortality" usage of manlands, but since then ... I can hardly imagine how can Serendib sorcerer affect the combat as it does before. Is there any way how to make serendib sorcerer useful in such situation? Something that its hidden behind the layering...

It looks like the p/t of the creature will be 3/5 based on your findings and rule 613.3.
