There was a deck that toped a vintage tournament a while ago dubbed "Unfair Bears". I was wondering if we could port it.

Black was one thing I considered, because discard can be pretty nice. I also hear that Bob is pretty good . Yixlid Jailer is a card not all of you might know, and it's another black option. There is also the famous Withered Wretch. The only problem I see with this is that, with Leonin Arbiter, thus the inability to run fetchlands, I don't think the manabase could handle it.

Land: 20
6 Plains
4 Savannah
4 Horizon Canopy
4 Wasteland
2 Forest

Creatures: 26
4 Samurai of the Pale Curtain
4 Tarmogoyf
4 Qasali Pridemage
4 Phyrexian Revoker
4 Leonin Arbiter
4 Ethersworn Canonist
2 Stoneforge Mystic

Spells: 14
4 Swords to Plowshares
4 AEther Vial
2 Armageddon
2 Umezawa's Jitte
1 Sword of Light and Shadow
1 Sword of Fire and Ice

Sideboard: 15
4 Leyline of Sanctity
3 Kataki, War's Wage
3 Relic of Progenitus
3 Krosan Grip
2 Gaddock Teeg

This is one possible list I came up with. Anybody else have any ideas on the topic?

There's a deck in this section called WG Maverick, you might want to have a look at that. Looking at your list though,it seems really weak against aggro. I advise playing some KOTRs to start. Samurai is outclassed by newer and better creatures. Cannonist is a 2/2 almost vanilla bear against non-combo decks. Have a read on the WG Maverick deck, it's pretty similar.

It's impossible to port over a hatebear deck from Vintage to Legacy and have that much success. Fish decks in Vintage are extremely inbred with the rest of the metagame, and as a result play some creatures that simply aren't going to have much board presence in Legacy. The other thing is that people actually play creature removal in Legacy, unlike Vintage, so creature-based disruption can be played through and it's hard to create the kind of imprisonment that Vintage Fish does.

I would suggest as ivanpei mentioned looking at the WG Maverick/Green and Taxes style decks if you want a Legacy deck that plays disruptive creatures.
