How does one mill to death his opponent when his enemy carries four Emrakul?

My mill engine is Brain Freeze.

Well, there are a few ways. Basically, when Emrakul, the Aeons Torn is put into the graveyard, you get a trigger on the stack which says to shuffle the graveyard into the library. You can stifle the ability so it won't do anything, or you can cast another brain freeze in response to the trigger and then make your opponent draw a card before the trigger resolves. You can also somehow exile the Emrakul in response to its ability (tormod's crypt), let the graveyard be shuffled back, and then cast another brain freeze.

With 4x EAT you can't Brain Freeze him to death. Aside from Blue Sun's Zenith, there's one more way to go around this if your meta is packed with SnT:

if you play Mind Over Matter, add Temple Bell + Emrakul. You still win by library death with both MoM and Temple Bell in play. You discard and draw your entire deck, discard Emrakul to deck him. Or you can simply cast Emrakul and swing.

So, what if it is infinite mill vs 4x emrakul? Say, painter's servant/grindstone

The grindstone will go all the way though the library once in a single activation, and the library will be left empty. After that, the Emrakul abilities will go on the stack and resolve. If nothing else happens, the first ability's resolution will shuffle everything back into the library and the other 3 abilities will have nothing left to do. It's not infinite, and if you make them draw a card while the abilities on the stack, you can win. If you use painter+grindstone against progenitus, however, then it will loop forever and thus end in a draw.

Another way to get around all of these which I forgot to mention before is to use leyline of the void.

Its only if you painter+grindstone against more than 1 Progenitus that it ends in a draw. If it's only one their entire library is milled except the Progenitus.

Extirpate, but it's black. Oh how convenient:

With a reasonable storm count, wait until the first Emrakul is flipped, then stack it's trigger. Target him with Extraction and exile all other copies. They'll still get to shuffle back all the cards in their graveyard, but all the remaining storm triggers, plus the original Brain Freeze will then resolve without Eldrazi to mess with your plan.

Your plan without graveyard hate would be them drawing all 4x Emrakul. This can be facilitated with many bad cards, like Jester's Mask, but it's probably easier to not run absolutely terrible cards.
